Innovation and respect are traits that all Red Raiders possess but that Erica McDonald and Marshall Clements were institutionally recognized for in this year's SPIRIT Awards. Each were nominated for their dedication and enthusiasm to make Texas Tech Physicians (TTP) an even better place to work. McDonald, Pediatrics, received the Innovation Award and Clements, Ophthalmology, received the Respect Award based on their letters of nomination written by fellow TTP co-workers.
