Elizabeth Cavitt has been with the ophthalmology department for a good number of years. Throughout that time she has demonstrated SPIRIT values even before we recognized them. Cavitt is known among her peers for service excellence – working with or patients and putting them first. She encourages teamwork and always is respectful of patients, staff, faculty and students and residents.  She has shown innovation in her various roles over the years and always with integrity and a smile on her face.
