Singleton has been a patient service specialist at the OB-GYN Pavilion clinic for close to a year. In this short time she has developed into an excellent patient services representative. On a daily basis Singleton exemplifies the SPIRIT values in her work with patients and coworkers. She makes the patients feel at ease with her genuinely sweet nature. Singleton goes the extra step by giving stickers to children and putting them on patient check-out cards. Singleton is driven to be successful at her job. She creates her own “cheat sheets” to keep up with the extensive list of scheduling rules in the OB-GYN clinic and even took them home to study on occasion. Co-workers often mention how much they enjoy working with Singleton. She is quick to be helpful. Even when there are busy, stressful days in the clinic, Singleton maintains a good attitude — always looking on the bright side.
