There was confusion when I came in because I switched doctors. I hope that if there is some confusion, you could spare the patient from extreme interrogation and just fix the problem within the staff. It wasn't my fault, so please don't make it sound like it was. The switch was a referral from another doctor.


I don't remember the doctor’s name, he was doing a rotation in _____.  He was the best at explaining. If I didn't hear, he would gladly repeat. Answered my questions.


Nurse was great but the doctors took a long time!
