The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences hosted the 29th annual Clinical Update for the Comprehensive Ophthalmologist Conference April 27. Deveron H. Char, M.D., was the featured speaker at the conference, which offered CME credits for local and regional ophthalmologists. Char also received the 2012 John Aure Buesseler Memorial Award for Distinguished Lecturers. Dr. Buesseler, founding dean, presented the award.
