Wheelchair Program to Serve Patients After-Hours

TTP Patient Services has extended information desk hours to better serve patients during normal operating hours and implemented a new after-hours wheelchair program to allow for hospital transports during non-clinic hours.

Information desk and patient transport hours
  • Medical Pavilion information desk, 7:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
  • HSC information desk, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Patient transport, 7:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
    • All hospital transports must be called in to the information desk before 5 p.m.
    • Hospital transports that are needed after 5 p.m. fall under the new after-hours wheelchair program.
 After-hours wheelchair program
  • After-hours transports will be done by clinic personnel.
  • Four wheelchairs are located on the first floor of the Medical Pavilion near the back elevators. These wheelchairs are available for after-hours transports. There are two regular wheelchairs and two large wheelchairs.
  • Wheelchairs have a combination lock. The combination is 887 (TTP).
  • Please sign the clipboard and re-lock the wheelchair after each use. Wheelchairs must be returned and the clinic is responsible for lost wheelchairs.
