TTP-OB-GYN staff participated in an all-day retreat on Jan. 20 at the International Cultural Center. Motivational speaker and team building expert Gary Schwantz, Ph.D., gave a keynote address and the group evaluated their personalities with the help of Anna Herring and True Colors. Team building exercises, discussions about departmental challenges and review of the new performance evaluation system competencies rounded out the day.
