Even with the strengths of the School of Medicine, there are changes we want to make. Although we have completely restructured the medical education curricula during the last decade, some of the challenges we are working to address include:

• Better ways to prepare our students for USMLE 1 and 2
• Increased clinical skills instruction during the first two years
• Improved feedback on performance in the first two years
• Enhanced curricular delivery and access to recorded lectures
