“I am very thankful to work alongside Boni Vasquez. Boni helps valet park our patients’ vehicles outside the Pavilion. Rain or shine, he is out there working hard. He is slow to complain, but quick to share his joy with his coworkers and our patients. For many patients, Boni is the first TTP team member that our patients encounter. His joy helps set the tone for the rest of the patient’s visit. We are nominating Boni to be the Patient Experience Champion because of his unwavering consistency to serve our patients with intentional joy.”
