"Every patient that comes to her desk is treated like they are a part of her family. She would even tell you that they are her family. Every patient that sits across from her is usually laughing hysterically. I don’t know about you, but not many people go to a doctor’s office to have a laugh. I cannot count how many times I’ve heard the patients that visit with her tell me about their AWESOME experience they have had with Diane. That is why she should be given the title “Patient Experience Champion.”
