New Faculty/Staff Clinic Opens on TTU Campus

Monday-Friday | 8 AM- 5 PM

TTU Student Wellness Center | Second floor- Room 204 

  • The new clinic is exclusively for faculty and staff members of the Texas Tech University System, Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. 
  • The clinic is designed to serve the needs of faculty and staff who are sick at work and need an urgent care appointment on campus. Common urgent care medical issues include: cold, prolonged cough, flu, sore throat, headaches, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, upper respiratory infections, ear infections, wheezing, minor abdonminal pain, and pink eye. 
  • Same day appointments are available by phone at 806-743-2345. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m-5 p.m. (Clinic phone will be in operation on Tuesday, January 16th.)
  • The clinic is located in Suite 204 on the 2nd Floor of the Student Wellness Center on the corner of Flint Ave. and Main Ave. Parking is available for free right next to the Student Wellness Center building. Please let the parking attendant know you have an appointment. 
  • The clinic accepts Employee Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Health Select insurance. Please bring your insurance card and $25 copay to your visit. 
  • The clinic staff will assist you with temporarily designating the Faculty and Staff Clinic as your PCP for this visit only. The clinic has on-site pharmacy, lab, and X-ray. All are in-netowrk with BCBS Health Select.
