On January 27 from 3:30 to 7 p.m., Team TTP along with family members rolled up their sleeves to prepare and serve a hot meal at Lubbock Impact on 34th Street and Boston for hundreds of the less fortunate from the Lubbock community. After a month of fund raising and clothing collections from all clinical and support departments, together Team TTP provided $781.31 in a monetary donation, 118 pairs of women’s gloves, 28 pairs of men’s gloves, 28 hand knit hats, 2 pairs of children’s gloves and over 45 sets of helping hands. The generous monetary donation brought tears to the eyes of the Lubbock Impact leader. Multiple compliments have been received from the Lubbock Impact leadership about the kindness and hard work our team of volunteers exhibited.
