The Use and Standard's Committee authorized the decision to prevent changes and corrections to all PowerNotes after 90 days. After the initial 90 period, no user will be able to correct a signed note. However, users will continue to be able to modify.

If a user opens a signed note that is more than 90 days old, for anything other than review, it will launch to the add addenda screen.

Individual providers that need access to change the body of the note need to call the service desk and put in a ticket to gain temporary access to the note.
