The “Derby Hat Contest”, part of the Triple Crown Celebration, is scheduled for October 7^th during the noon hour in the Pavilion Courtyard.  The hat contest was suggested by staff from the department of surgery.  The goal is to have an entry from ALL clinical and support departments.  Departments may create their own internal contests to choose one entry in which they wish to submit for the October 7th event. "Celebrity" judges will be on hand for the event.

The Triple Crown celebration will present winners of each race (CG Derby/CG Preakness/MP Belmont), the overall Triple Crown winner, AND the winner of the exciting new “Derby Hat Contest”.
