Overall, our visit was good. But my son had severe ear pain in the days following. I called the nurse's station three times with no call back. His ear started bleeding, and I called and no one helped me. I ended up at KingsPark where they treated the issue. I felt our ENT clinic should have been involved. My view of the clinic has been tarnished but I still like Dr.____.
