Community Medical School lecture featuring Eric J. MacLaughlin, Pharm.D., FASHP, FCCP,
BCPS, Jan. 21

Community Medical School (CMS), a free program taught by members of the TTUHSC faculty,
will host a lecture featuring Eric J. MacLaughlin, Pharm.D., FASHP, FCCP, BCPS, Jan
21 at 6:30 p.m. in ACB 100.
MacLaughlin’s letcture is titled, “Improving Medication Adherence and Decreasing Risk
of Polypharmacy,” and will define medication adherence, discuss the impact of non-adherence
on health and outcomes, and devise strategies to improve it.
CMS is open to anyone, regardless of background or experience and there is no cost
for this class. Stop by the registration table to check-in and pick up your class
materials. Booths will be open from 5:30-6 p.m., so grab a snack and visit with our
vendors before the presentation.
