Patient Comment Triage: Featuring three levels of actual comments from patients.

PositiveWe have been very pleased with service from ease of parking — even the courtesy ride — people at the lowest level of work are very courteous and accommodating.


A substitute worker did not call or otherwise inform me of an infection and need for a prescription that had been called in for me, but the permanent person followed up and when she discovered I had not been informed, took all necessary steps plus others above and beyond what was necessary. It all worked out.


I am willing and able to participate and understand advanced medical discussions.  My injury affects my future quality of life.  I get limited input.  I am also private pay.
