It was or is one of the best experiences at a doctor's office, and yes; staff was right on!

Once I was finally scheduled for an appointment all went well. The system definitely needs to be restructured to meet needs of patients who are in extreme pain. Waiting to do a hearing test should be second instead of first when there is extreme pain being experienced by the patient.

We have a job that, because of the many visits that have taken so long, is commenting on the continuing of work missed due to this problem.
