The nurse even tried to help calm my son’s crying.  She was very patient with him when he wouldn't cooperate.

I typically have to erase an entire afternoon for a 1:30 p.m. appointment as I wait an hour to hour and half for a 15-minute visit.

Dr ___ is always in such a hurry — he doesn't rush us in any way — but it just seems we wait so long for him to see us, then when he's there it's wham... we’re done — boom!  We have been dealing with this health issue since March 2013. This has been such a long, drawn out event, no part due to our Dr. ____. However, we've had so many appointments that are usually scheduled at 7:30 a.m.  Rarely are we out of there by 10 a.m.  We understand Dr. ____is busy, but wish we didn't have to take so much time off to see him or the other doctors — it's always the same thing.
