Patient Comment Triage: Featuring three levels of actual comments from patients.


Was a walk-in on Monday morning and they got us right in.


Overall, the visit was good.  But my son had severe ear pain in the days following. I called the nurse's station 3 times with no call back his ear started bleeding, I called and no one helped me.  I ended up somewhere else, where they treated the issue that I felt our ENT Clinic should have been involved in. My view of the clinic has been tarnished but I still like Dr. ___.


Sometimes it is hard to get a call back from the nurses.
