Call IT at 743-1234 for:
- eRaider issues - i.e. Forgot password, cannot log on to the WINDOWS machine
- Hardward issues - i.e. CPU, monitor, printer
- Network connectivitiy issues
- Virus notification
- Powerchart issues (anything related strictly to powerchart) - i.e. Password reset, printer not printing from Powerchart, multi patient task list, scanner issues, Dragon and M*Modal
- Centricity Business issues - i.e. Password reset, non-dictionary or security issues for TES, BAR, scheduling and general Centriciy
- Cerner application issues - ie. Install Cerner on iPad or tablet, connectivity of Powerchart
- MyTeamCare (the Patient Portal)
- Training - Powerchart/Centricity Business
- Scheduling, including:
- Adding new providers
- Scheduling departments
- New user set-up
- Charge corrections
- Any other issues not covered above
