Who you gonna call?

Do you know the appropriate contact for IT assistance? Here is a breakdown by issue:

Call IT at 743-1234 for:
  • eRaider issues - i.e. Forgot password, cannot log on to the WINDOWS machine
  • Hardward issues - i.e. CPU, monitor, printer
  • Network connectivitiy issues
  • Virus notification
Call EHR Helpdesk at 743-4357 for:
  • Powerchart issues (anything related strictly to powerchart) - i.e. Password reset, printer not printing from Powerchart, multi patient task list, scanner issues, Dragon and M*Modal
  • Centricity Business issues - i.e. Password reset, non-dictionary or security issues for TES, BAR, scheduling and general Centriciy
  • Cerner application issues - ie. Install Cerner on iPad or tablet, connectivity of Powerchart
  • MyTeamCare (the Patient Portal)
  • Training - Powerchart/Centricity Business
Contact LBOCS at lbocs@ttuhsc.edu for issues including:
  • Scheduling, including:
    • Adding new providers
    • Scheduling departments
    • New user set-up
  • Charge corrections
  • Any other issues not covered above
