Everything was great — they were all courteous and quick.

I disliked having to wait more than 10 minutes after checking in. I also noticed there was a line when checking in and only two out of four workstations had someone in it.  But overall staff was friendly.

Negative

Was waiting long time.  She's 93 years old. and was very tired when we left.
