Patient Comment Triage: Featuring three levels of actual comments from patients.Positive
Everyone I had contact with was caring, concerned and took all the time necessary
to make sure I understood everything!
Neutral
Only had to wait a few minutes and this was for an unexpectedly unplanned "worked
in" visit.
Negative
The insipid movie on the TV is the same one on the last time. No one seemed interested
in it at all. Silence would have been much preferred.
