Great, everything/everyone was clean and I was very comfortable.

Overall a good experience however I had to wait a little over 1.5 months for this appointment.
Negative
The only issue I had was when I checked in I had not received my letter of authorization from Tri-Care and the lady gave me guff - obviously I had been approved or else the appointment could not have been scheduled. Maybe a note could be attached to the file, which would make it easier for the lady at the front desk and for the patient.
