The Office of Patient Services would like to thank Nora Condray and the rest of the
Internal Medicine SPIRIT ambassadors for handing out cards to patients on Valentine’s
Day. This act of kindness brought a smile to many of our patient’s faces. Thank you
so much for this creative idea.
Also, we recently learned SPIRIT ambassadors do make an impact on patient satisfaction
scores. According to recent data, on days when there were proactively engaged SPIRIT
ambassadors, overall patient satisfaction scores improved by two points. Two points
can make a huge difference. We missed our overall patient satisfaction goal by two
points last quarter. Thank you again to all the proactively engaged SPIRIT ambassadors.
