Thank you for being part of our journey during 2013. Because of you, we enjoyed quite an extraordinary year. We met our Key Performance Indictors in most categories and in virtually every measurement. It was a record-setting year.

Our dedication to provide more than 266,985 patient encounters is a wonderful thing to behold. We have helped patients and our many learners grow and move forward in their educational process. I have the privilege of being seen by some of our physicians for my personal health care needs and can verify the care was excellent. Furthermore, I can personally affirm that we have the finest and most dedicated employees around. It is through your support and committed work we are able to carry out our essential mission, and we will eventually reach our vision of being a top tier medical practice in the United States.
