There was confusion when I came in because I switched doctors. I hope that if there
is some confusion, you could spare the patient from extreme interrogation and just
fix the problem within the staff. It wasn't my fault, so please don't make it sound
like it was. The switch was a referral from another doctor.

best at explaining. If I didn't hear, he would gladly repeat. Answered my questions.
