Texas Tech Physicians – Dermatology, and other community dermatologists will offer free, walk-in skin cancer screening from 8 a.m. to  1:30 p.m. May 11 at the Southwest Cancer Center, 602 Indiana Ave. (West of UMC Health System) in recognition of National Melanoma/Skin Cancer Detection and Screening Month.

Physicians will examine patients’ skin and refer any suspicious lesions for subsequent treatment.

Screenings will be walk-in only. No appointment is needed. Free parking will be available near the southwest corner of the building.
