CEO Minute: Recognizing Those Who Go Beyond the Call

This week, instead of talking about health care or practice related issues, I would
like to encourage each of you to read the descriptions of accomplishments of our fellow
workers. An institution needs to tell the stories of those who go beyond the call.
It’s part of building up a positive culture and recognizing folks that just simply need
to be recognized. These very fine people have excelled in different aspects of our
SPIRIT values. There are many more that go beyond the call every day. Tell us about
them. While they do not do it to seek attention, we like to honor people.
Values can just be words on a poster, or meaningful and important concepts that guide
us. I think ours are the latter. To refresh everyone’s memory, our SPIRIT values are:

Teamwork
