Everardo Cobos, M.D., TTP-Internal Medicine, was the keynote speaker during the 29th annual League of United Latin American Citizens Lubbock Council 263 banquet Feb.
11 at the Holiday Inn Towers and Suites. Cobos’s message of the importance of education
