“I just wanted to send a quick email to thank Mr. David Kilgore, Information and Transportation, for shuttling us to two of our appointments.  On Tuesday morning of this week he drove my mother, my teenage daughter and me to the Imaging Department.  I think it would have taken us forever to find it on our own.  He then picked us up to shuttle us to the main building for our second appointment.  He is a tremendous asset to the hospital.  He is professional and has a wonderful personality.  He was a happy start to what promised to be a long day of appointments.
