Sherri McMullen, TTP-Dermatology senior LVN, submitted one of two winning articles about teamwork in our ongoing series of articles about our SPIRIT values.

Teamwork is a part of everyday life.  A strong team benefits in any aspect of life and leads to more success than not, whether it’s at home, community or work.

Ben Franklin said, “We must all hang together, or assuredly, we shall all hang separately.”  When we all work together, then it becomes everybody’s goal.  As we work together there will be conflicts and this is normal.  When this happens, we need to remember our goal and our main objective.

Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success. TEAM = “Together Everyone Achieves More.”
